    STEP 1 - APPLYING SERUM
    STEP 1 - APPLYING SERUM
    After cleaning my face, I first start with Bitrontix Toning & Tightening Serum. I put 2-3 drops on my palm and massage it onto my face.
    STEP 2 - CHEEKBONE CARE
    Lets start the rolling session. I usually do it for 10-15 mins, 2 times a day (morning & evening). 

    First I start with the cheekbone area, I use it in upward direction only, starting from the chin towards my temples. It helps in uplifting the face & toning the cheeks. I repeat the movement for 10-15 mins.
    STEP 3 - DOUBLE CHIN & JAWLINE CARE
    For double chin care, I start rolling from bottom of the neck towards my chin. Again I use it in the upwards direction only. It helps in tightening the loose skin on my neck. I started feeling the skin tightening effect within 1 week. I repeat the movement for 10-15 mins.

    For jawline care, I start rolling from centre of my chin towards the ears. Again I use it in the upwards direction only. It helps in toning & sharpening the jawline. I repeat the movement for 10-15 mins.
    STEP 4 - CLEANING & STORING THE ROLLER
    To take care of my roller, I keep it away from water & moisture. It comes with a velvet pouch. I always keep it in it after i have finished with my massaging session.
